How we frame in our mind what we do, how we do it and why we choose to do it for our customers is the start of our sales process. If we can’t formulate a coherent presentation to back up “This is how I work” we’re in danger of making assumptions. Assumptions that prospect already knows, that their experience with other recruiters makes them savvy to what recruiters do, or the assumption that I adopt that all agencies are the same. You. Are.
